So we have 5 top executives appointed. None from the SE & SS. One from the SW and the rest from Northern Nigerian. Technically One from Southern Nigeria and 4 from Northern Nigeria

I doubt this meets the Federal Character law

I believe if you are a student of history, you will stop tagging every names you see Northerners. It baffles us when some people just categories Everybody uptown Northerners.

Federal-character and quota-system are only used when the south would have an advantage due to merit....like with the JAMB cut-off marks for instance!
