Simple management of traffic light is herculean task. Traffic light as ure returning to shelter afrique from udo udoma has been non functional for some weeks now and that place is a mess in the evening. Even the ones at abak road. So before u call someone a fool, they might have seen better.

Worst is the waste management, before now we had waste containers to accommodate waste , but now every thing is on the floor and before those guys come to pack dem it usually takes two days ..


imagine driving on the road where those dirt are kept, the smell alone ehn.
