That's the problem you have the phone thinks an earphone is plugged in that's why you can't listen to music since it's been played on a spiritual earphone just try dry em or go give engineer to blow dry or plug your ear piece then remove it..

Same here. I'm just extremely careful not to use the phone without its pouch. The phone is somewhat slippery!

Yes na. That's the best way to test it. If a phone comes with a true depth cam, it shouldn't take portrait shots when the depth sensor is blocked

The best way to test is to take a screwdriver, open up device and check if it's connected...........

The double camera on the A3S is truly a fraud and an act of dishonesty on the part of the company...

People will buy even if it comes with a single camera, so why lie?

PS: I checked mine and only the bottom camera works for all modes.

Please try and understand something ehn when you check the specs of the phone you'll notice main camera + 5/2MP depth sensor lay emphasis on the depth sensor it helps for only portrait shots nothing else.. they didn't state macro lens or telephoto or ultra wide lens so they didn't lie
