Oshomhole that set up the committee is NWC and not NEC.. The constitution of APC said it is the NEC that can set up such screening committee and Oshiomhole is not part of NEC.. Oshomhole is the head of NWC.

Every committee formed in a political party or even in governance is headed by a chairman..the chairman is to be appointed by the NEC to be the chairman of APC screening committee then with other members..I can see in your limited knowledge that everywhere you see chairman then it means they are referring to oshiomhole..my friend there are numerous chairmen heading different committees in APC..

Pls go and study the difference between NWC and NEC..Know the difference! Then thank me later.. Our problem in this country is that we pride ourself with ignorance!

All actions of Oshomole so far can be challenged in court, Oshomole is giving Obaseki too much reasons to upturn all his decisions in court as invalid.

1. Oshomole sent a letter to INEC on 19th about the decision of NWC that was yet to take place, the meeting took place on 21st May 2020.

2. Oshomole has changed the state secretariat in violation of article 8 of APC constitution.

3. Oshomole opted for direct primaries without the inputs of the state chapter as agreed upon in the last APC NEC meeting.

4. Oshomole has just set up the screening committee in violation of article 9 of APC constitution.

5. Oshomole haven't been suspended in his ward, local government and state and with the case still in court, should have recused himself from all APC decisions because if the court upheld his suspension, all his actions thus far will be null and void.

Oshomole is either not very clever or he is out to destroy the APC.

The national executive committee is the number 2 organ of the party comprising the national chairman, deputy, vice, ex officio, women leader etc. It is chaired by the national chairman.

The board of trustee is the number 3 organ of the party. Appointment of people into the board of trustee is based on the recommendations of the national executive committee which is also chaired by the national chairman.

Who undermines the powers of the national chairman. He practically leads all the organs of the party.
