I covered the top camera and used all modes. and I was still able to take pictures.

meaning only the bottom camera is actually working, even for portrait, you can also try it out

Please try and understand something ehn when you check the specs of the phone you'll notice main camera + 5/2MP depth sensor lay emphasis on the depth sensor it helps for only portrait shots nothing else.. they didn't state macro lens or telephoto or ultra wide lens so they didn't lie

So the second camera isn't there to really take pictures, but to help main camera in taking depth photos?

In real day life usage, they performance seems the same (my perception)

Which makes me draw one conclusion, it's either they are simply the same or the chipset in the S3 Pro, is doing a very good job optimally throttling the battery.......

In essence, Umidigi Power 3. What the Umidigi Power 3 lacks in a better chipset (more juicy), it compensates for in higher mah.....

Yes na it's work it's only to give you that background blur nothing else Google achieved it without the need for the depth sensor but we all know there's nothing much in having just a depth sensor and main cam..

I drew my conclusion from the chip. Umidigi A3x houses Helio a20 that can only make use of 16mp or 13mp and 5mp(depth sensor). But the rear camera carried 16 mp plus another depth sensor which is impossible. Se you get the Scam now.

It's obvious the background blur is a software gimmick. I get they were struggling with that Sha but they couldn't get a way long on on that, we get them this time.
The cam identifies the face then use a projected algorithm to blur the background, that's why the background blur don't work on other objects well. To use it on other objects you need selective focusing. I beg we go discuss am later, all I know be say the second camera na real time scam.
