Sorry I got banned and couldn't reply to you on time.

If you still have not gotten the issue resolved, here is the solution.

First, you need to have about 0.036-0.04 eth in your wallet. if you don't have up to that amount of eth, you may have to top up.

If you do have up to that amount of eth and the issue still persists, then here is what to do.

On the page where you see insufficient balance, look at the top right corner, you will see a settings icon.

Tap on it and then change the gas price to 20 and gas limit to between 300000 and 400,000

Tap on save and your problem should be solved.

If the problem still persists, you will have to hold a while and try again.

Most times this issue comes us when there are too many transactions on the blockchain (possibly due to reduction in eth price and people are rushing to buy eth then) and the network fee is exponentially inflated.

So, sometimes waiting solves the issue. but if you want to get registered quickly or helping someone to get registered, then you can try the steps above.
