Hi everyone,

I will like an experienced Traveller to suggest any cheap flights to Uganda.
A friend of mine will be going there after this covid19 for a volunteering project.

You can go through Kenya airline, you will have a stopover in Nairobi like 2 hours or so, after which you'll leave for Entebbe which is less than an hour flight. But have it in mind you'll get to Uganda at midnight

Ethiopian airline and Rwanda Air had always been cheaper options but no one knows post COVID.

Yeah, someone told me too this morning about Ethiopian airways.
I heard they give discounts too

Bear in mind that whichever option you take, you will be getting to Entebbe late at night (Ethiopian Airlines gets in around 2 a.m, I think), and Entebbe (where the international airport is located) is about 45 minutes away from Kampala, the capital. KQ is (or was) the most expensive option.

Guide to cheap flights? Obviously a scam, and a cheap scam too.
The internet is available to you, use it.

In any event, there is basically no competition (and thus no cheap flights) when it comes to travel between Nigeria and east Africa - your options (at least pre-pandemic) were KQ, Ethiopian Airlines and RwandAir.
