I was not comparing it to any city but many people talked like it is a village. But you can see it has a proper CBD and its residents lives in not bad houses. Kampala has one problem, its roads and Transport systems.

in economics, when you are comparing two country, what you used is GDP ppp not GDP nominal unless you are comparing your country against what it did previous year .

Abuja is well planned and all that but I think its still not there yet.
I will choose Lagos over Abuja any day.
maybe some few years later that City ''Abuja'' will be around 80% complete which can knock down most cities in Africa but now, I think, those East African Cities are fine.

Beauty is a subjective topic but Going by the nairobi posted here i still rate abuja has the most beautiful.
