The picture is blurry but looks like your EPS indicator. Is your car EPS active?

EPS simply indicates Electronic power steering?

If you don't mind, what's your car Brand, model and year, so I can know if it's EPS enabled.

And is your steering in any way hard to steer?

Steering is not hard

Ok, in my experience EPS indicator is not a major issue at all. Not saying this to patronize you. You can however ask your mechanic to do the check himself or you can run an OBD scan on the car to detect electrical issues which will inevitably bring out EPS issues.

So long as your steering is not hard, there's nothing to worry about Sir. You can also ask other experts for their insight after dropping a clearer image though.

It's the brake system sir, it means either your emergency parking brake system is on, you can check that yourself sir or you have issues with your brake system which you need to check to avoid brake failure while on the road.

It may also be your brake pads or discs are faulty and needs replacement. Kindly reach out to your mechanic.

PS: The above explanation I gave on EPS is when a red "EPS" sign shows on the dashboard. Kindly ignore that. The image is clearer now.

Also note that if you're ignition was on when you took those pictures then there's nothing to worry about cos those lights are supposed to come on on ignition

the recommended gear oil is honda dw1, in other to get one ask luvinghubby on nairaland. Please do not attempt to pour any other oil other than the stated above. Please buy 5liters of honda dw1 and do a complete drain

you can still use anything for break oil but gear oil dont dabble with it.
