Hello Nairaland, June 15th of this year, a friend of mine paid for some art tools on a foreign website (myjustbig dot com) at a cost of $11 but later discovered $110 was deducted instead while using First Bank ATM card to pay for the goods. We realized that during the process First Bank didn't send an OTP code to perfect the transaction as the normal way they do. Now, We can't reach the website customer care. All have turned to be a scam. And my friend has been in serious pain since yesterday. First Bank self is not even helping matter after informing them about the problem. Please is there anyone that has experienced such and how did you get your money back? Please help. myndd seun lalasticlala please help move to the front page. |

Try sending a detailed mail with evidence to FirstBank then put the CBN mail in charge of issues like this. Hopefully, you should get a proper feedback |
