Here is my own take on Obaseki matter...He shouldn't bother changing lanes cos it will only make APC more mischievous as they will only deploy their federal apparatus and might to oust him. Should he move to PDP, even if inec declare him winner at the election, tribunal n courts can be used against him. We have seen how they do it as they already have dummies and figureheads everywhere and the kill everything that's not for them.

Rather, he should win the state for another party and frustrate the living daylight out of oshiomole. As a governor, whatever authority he has left should be focused to an opposition in winning his state and strike a deal with them should the party NWC retrace their steps and stop godfatherism

As I have said before, it is only a political party that wants to "help him spend some" of the security votes money would give him their ticket. Because, even if by miracle they win the election, there's no guarantee the courts would not take away the mandate and hand it to the runners up, going by what happened in Bayelsa state.

And to all those that can't make out the substance of the non-resolute resolutions of the meeting of the progressive governor's forum; that's the kind of statement you make when you start to see the real truth that all you have been trying to defend was a packaged lie! They thought they were fighting for a technocrat, but it's becoming clear to them now that was a package.

It is okay. Obaseki got what he deserves. Loyalty is key, no matter what.

I don't really know why some people will deliberately blackmailed themselves with emotion instead of being factual and truthful. APC must have learnt from Bayelsa state error of the deputy governor's case. The same set of people who accused APC of its ability and failure to do thorough screening of its candidates that resulted in the cancellation of their votes thereby denying them the government are the same set of people condemning APC of doing a thorough job not minding whose hose is gored. Obaseki is a bad market to any party to present. PDP, food don ready for u. bye-bye Obaseki!!!

I think they system should make a law for people like Obaseki to contest the remaining four years in Abia where the people need in most come 2023. I can't imagine IPOB wailers and PDP supporting an APC candidate when they are suppose to be happy that the party are fighting themselves. You don't need an NYSC certificate to vie for an elective post, only an appointive one.

It does.your nysc corp number would carry an abbreviation of the state where you schooled plus the state where your served.
