Is that inscription ('written, "THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS" '), the instrument of Jesus Christ execution?

Your claim is baseless and FRAUDULENT.
I made two statements
1. I said : Why do you people hate the truth so bad?
2. I quoted Mat 27:37-38:

The first was a question and the second was a scripture!

Which one is a fraudulent claim?

Jesus was accused, arraigned before a Jewish Court, sentenced and executed whereas he never committed any crime {Luke 23:41} so what the Pharisees instigate Pontius Pilate to write and place on the top of the stake used in executing Jesus was to indicate why he was also executed along with those notorious criminals!

That's why the account said it was placed over his head, it never meant put on his head but on top of the stake!

If you checked the referenced quote, I only presented the scripture. However, the summary of what I've said:
1. The Romans crucify criminals on either a STAKE or a CROSS or a "T" or "X" shaped wooden contraption.

Is this wrong?

2. However, in the case of Jesus it was a Cross else there will be no inscription to hang over His head.

Is this wrong?

3. I quoted the scripture
Mat 27:37-38:
"And set up over his head his accusation written, THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS.
Then were there two thieves crucified with him, one on the right hand , and another on the left."

Is this scripture wrong?

4. The third point I presented is:
"Finally, the CROSS as an emblem has no iota of significance in worship. So, the physical CROSS shouldn't have any place in Christian worship."

Is this also wrong?

Wrong because Romans in ancient times don't use CROSS to execute criminals Sir, the CROSS is an image of one ancient god, that's why people are making the images both small and big.

So you are quoting everything out of context Sir!

Jesus was executed on a stake just like any first century criminal was killed back then by the Roman authority! smiley

Have you read about
1. The crux decussata (X-shaped)
2. The crux commissa (T-shaped) and
3. crux immissa (†-shaped).
4. Crux simplex (I- shaped)

Check your facts before you say Romans don't use cross for crucifixion.

If you need references, I can oblige you.

My friend, the Greek word "CRUX" translated "CROSS" in your Bible means a literal pole NOT a T shape! cheesy

Sure!
But the Greek word "CRUX" used in the execution of Jewish criminals means literal pole NOT Cross Sir.
They had different ways of torturing criminals to death depending on how heavy the crime of such criminal.
Jesus according to the gospel was executed on the "CRUX" meaning "STAKE"!

Even though the shape of the physical wooden torture contraption (whether I, X, T or Cross) of the Roman is is totally insignificant to me and most Christians, we should get some things correctly.
1. Is there a difference in pain experienced by the sufferer depending on the shape of torture wooden contraption used in crucifixion?

2. Does the Greek have a word for the "Cross" apart from "stake" σταυρὸν? i.e. do the Greek have another word for X, T, or cross wooden crucifixion contraption apart from σταυρὸν?

3. Please sir, how many nails does it take to nail a person's hands on a stake?

Why did you avoid the three questions I asked? The answer to whether Jesus died on an "I shaped" wooden contraption or "cross" wooden contraption is embedded in the truthful answer to the questions.

Some arguments are baseless. I have simply told you to leave your biases and look up the word 'righthand' and 'crux' from where the English 'Cross' is from.

Let me help you out by answering the questions you are struggling so hard to avoid answering.
1. Is there a difference in pain experienced by the sufferer depending on the shape of torture wooden contraption used in crucifixion?
No difference because death still comes from asphyxia/exhaustion and pain from the nails does not differ.

2. Does the Greek have a word for the "Cross" apart from "stake" σταυρὸν? i.e. do the Greek have another word for X, T, or cross wooden crucifixion contraption apart from σταυρὸν?
The Greek do not have any separate word for the different types of crosses the Romans used apart from σταυρὸν or its variant.

3. Please sir, how many nails does it take to nail a person's hands on a stake?
It takes just ONE nail in the hands to crucify on a stake whereas, it requires TWO nails for a cross.

John 20:25. NWT
So the other disciples were telling him: “We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them: “Unless I see in his hands the print of the nails and stick my finger into the print of the nails and stick my hand into his side, I will never believe it.”

The NWT attests that more than ONE nail (plural) was used to impale Jesus hands on the wooden contraption.

Images of crucifixion from JW sites show the hand impaled with just ONE nail (in agreement with their "torture stake" doctrine)

Coupled with the TITLE of Jesus offence that was written and placed above His head.

Mat 27:37:
"And set up over his head his accusation written, THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS."

Jesus was crucified on the Cross my dear!

Well let me poke your bubble Sir!

Two nails indicates the one used in nailing his hands on top of each other and the other nail for his feet, making up just TWO NAILS, but if it was a CROSS as you've been erroneously taught, then it should be THERE NAILS: one for each hand and the third for his feet Sir.

So back to the question of the OP,

Thomas said unless i see the print of the nails doesn't implies the NAILS in question must be only the ones in his hands.
