Hi, MTN 4G doesn't work on my Nokia 6.1 plus, is there someone who can help fix this issue? I have a friend who uses the same phone and MTN 4G works perfectly on it.

Is your sim a 4g sim? If yes maybe your phone is x6 the Chinese varient. You can also reset your network settings using *#*#4636#*# *

Hi, thanks for your kind response. I dunno for certain if it is the Chinese version or not. But, it is Android one and it's upgraded to Android 10 at the moment. I learned the Chinese version doesn't get an upgrade to Android 10.
Also, I have tried that code and set the network to LTE only, unfortunately, the MTN network disappears completely when I did that. So I dunno what the challenge is.

I think it's the android 10 of a thing. Before my upgrade the MTN 4g was working perfectly but later the network disappear. I'm not worry because I'm not using MTN as such

Exactly, my MTN doesn't show LTE. I called MTN office I was told my line is still on 4G.
I think the problem is from Nokia

check network settings, make access point does not contain proxy and port numbers.

If your network is stable and with the correct access point it should update itself, update play services then it'll start working... Which network are you on first? if Airtel go change the apn from internet.ng.zain.com to internet.ng.airtel.com
