THIS IS THE NEW FACE OF OKADA PLATE NUMBERS IN LAGOS STATE.. I SAW THIS YESTERDAY AT OJO ALABA INTERNATIONAL MARKET ROAD IN LAGOS AT ABOUT 3:26PM. DURING THE RUSH HOURS... INITIALLY THEY PARKED THE BIKE, BUT AS I SAW IT QUICKLY MOVE CLOSER TO SATISFY MY COUROSITY, TWO MEN APPEARED FROM NOWHERE MOUNTED THE OKADA AND STATED DRIVING AWAY..I STILL FOLLOW TACTICALLY TO GET A SHORT WITHOUT BEEN NOTICED BECAUSE THE ONE DRIVING WAS PUTTING ON A MILITARY POLO AND HELMET.....THEY DROVE TOWARDS THE ALABA MARKET AND TURNED AT ALABA RAGO JUNCTION BEFORE MOVING TOWARDS OJO GARRAGE...... WHAT'S YOUR TAKE ON THIS..... PLEASE LAGOSIANS BE VIGILANT AND MORE SECURITY CONCOUS... SOMETHING IS GOING ON...
