ajumobi appointment was ratified by APC NEC, it was oshomole that delayed the confirmation of the new national officers of APC.

The NEC didn't hold on March 17....that was where it would have been ratified.

Court order should be in line with the party constitution. The court is handling a case brought before it by the party members and the court should have look at the provision in the constitution before calling someone to take the responsibility of acting chairman of the party.

it doesnt invalidate the Decision of NWC cause the zonal chapter lof the party was the one that tenders the names to the NWC to fill the vacant positions.
