Truth be told, first, who gave u the stats ur are brandishing? There are many good Nigerians out there, so don't rope them into ur stats. In as much as I pray for Nigeria, my prayer is that it will not remain one or at least be restructured to reflect the potentials of each region or geo-political zones.God can orchestrate situations that could make us restructure or separate peacefully(as in the case of USSR). "If the foundation is destroyed what can the righteous do". The Nigerian nation is structured around tribal and religious fault lines. The military regimes did not help matters in giving us constitution that makes a particular people and religions superior to others. Until a redress is done, No war against corruption can stop because it is coming from our very foundation.

We need a serious govt that will take us back to regional govt or at least every state should control their resources. By doing so, no one will feel cheated, all eyes will be on the state n local government to do more.
The state will give a certain percentage to the federal government. the federal government take care of agency like the army, custom, efcc etc. Police should be control by the state but the federal government can also have their own police.
What I mentioned is not the total solution but it's a step in the right direction.

i totally disagree that nigerias problem is spiritual.stop hiding under the guise of religious hypocrazy and as usual blame the devil. our spiritual inculcation is among the major problem of our country which you refused to admit as one of our problem.all our problems arise from our spiritual inculcations. presently in nigeria people fear juju more than xtianity and islam. as these tenents have dissapointed woefully in undertakings. what prayers do you want to be offered for the country. it is in the bible that even if you pray from morning to night for redemption your prayers would never be heard except you repent from your evil ways. did you not read a tread in nairaland of a pastor caught buring charms in somebodys house. i witness a similar case years back on visit to my country town.except we face our problems squarely and admit lapses ,we still remain in the same shithole we are.

America lose several billions of dollars to a few countries and they know these countries. They work for their government and nobody can arrest them. No individual have the capacity to pull some of the kind of hacks that emanates from these countries. They have government provided facilities and hardwares, they can decrypt and break into systems easily with their super computers, they have government protections and nobody can come into the country and arrest them. They have immunity.

I don't want to mention names here but few years ago, one of the hackers that stole several billions of dollars from American firms, corporations and agencies was arrested at a neighboring smaller country by interpol. The president of this big country personal issued a warning to this smaller neighbor to release him or face his wrath. He was deported back to his country where he has immunity and there was nothing America could do. When it comes to these countries and their allies, America becomes cry baby, but when it involves a Nigerian, they start barking because they know Nigeria is at their mercy. I talk from the point of knowledge.

America and the Western world economies know this and they're helpless here. Stop talking nonsense that you know nothing about.

Even America produce by far more cyber criminals than Nigeria. They have the capacity to carry out more sophisticated attacks. And is the normal confidence (con) business? Nigeria still no follow. Is it in ponzy schemes? Nigeria still dey learn.
