I have a little portion of land but no money to build so am thinking of using plastic bottles to build.. If you have a better idea please let me know.

How do you fortify the bottles to have weight and prevent shifting?

You can lay them yourself or engage people to do it for you to minimize costs, then do the burning yourself.
