Is an America prison, not Nigeria. Is good for him their because the life of prisoners there are more better that the life of none prisoners in Nigeria. In fact the entire Nigeria is in prison indirectly. So the life that okeke will live in prison in America is far more better that the life Nigerians are living in Nigeria

In Nigerian prison, he would get a good suite with money. Even get a chance to impregnate his wife.

In American prison, he would be in deep shit.

So No, Nigerian prisons are better for rich criminals.

Still cant compare, he gets air conditioned cells, commissary, internet for basically next to nothing, compared to Nigeria

One thing I like about invictus is that he used his ill-gotten wealth to touch lives positively, he empowered many through the investments he had in Nigeria unlike the Huspuppy who always flaunt his ill-gotten wealth for bragging purposes. Thank God he's finally caught to serve as a deterrent to many other youths who think making legit money is stupidity.

If the Oyinbos are really scammers let the government of those Citizens they're scamming do the needful by arresting and charging them to Court.

His access to Internet will be heavily monitored during his prison time.

His easy access to the internet is what brought him to scamming.

Once he's out of prison, he would come back to Igboland and collect chieftaincy title. He may even be given a political appointment.

Amaka Anajemba convicted of the largest fraud in the world which made Brazilian banks collapse was given a political appointment in Igboland.

That's how those people do.
It simply means that Amaka Anajemba invested into so many people....

Whether the money is legal or illegal if you render help to some very nice people and you go down for whatever reason, they are likely to honour you and help you start life afresh...

Now... that's how those people are...

And if he stays out of trouble in there, which I trust he will do, he will come way before his said time. Smart prisoners are getting their bachelors degrees in Americans jails now, though privately funded because the system is hard against educating prisoners,so that they will have to always come back and keep the vicious circle of ignorance, deprivation, systematic racism, crimes and properties of the state spinning.

Precious Daddy,

Two things have I required of thee; deny me them not before I die:
Remove far from me vanity and lies: give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with food convenient for me:
Lest I be full, and deny thee, and say, Who is the LORD? or lest I be poor, and steal, and take the name of my God in vain.

Lastly, My Daddy! Whatever you cannot give to me, I do not need it! May it Never come to me .
I ask all these in JESUS NAME...Amen

Your Little boy

Do you think 11 million dollars is 11 thousand dollars? The recommended sentence is 20 years and if the judge is nice, he will get 15 years and if the judge is a mean person, he will get more than the recommended sentence. Prosecutor recommended sentence are guidelines and judges are not bound by it. You can get less which is likely happen most time but you can get more if the judge deem fit for your crime...

megastu:
Its in his best interest to plead guilty. Save the court's time and money.

He could get between 4-8yrs just for cooperating with authorities. It will be counted from the day of his arrest, so he will be out in 3 years. I just hope he learns his lesson after this encounter
