Establishing a rape case is hard without medical report and electronic evidence. Funny enough this is coming after two years. If you are raped first rush to hospital let a doctor conduct a medical test and examination get doctors report and rush to police station. Follow it up as it dey hot to get justice although stigma is one reason why many rape victim are dying slowly.

It’s the sickest thing. I think all the police officers involved in that arrest should be sacked. Shame on Nigerian police. They won’t stop doing houseboy work and they wonder why Nigerians don’t respect them. They don’t even know their work and got no respect for themselves. Nigerian police need to be sanitized and their oga sacked. It’s like he doesn’t know what he is doing and police generally lack training.

They don’t even know why they are police and what police officers can do. How can police arrest someone and detain without a court order? All they can do is invite for questioning and release the person immediately after. Or as soon as the person says they want their lawyer.

I think Dbanj is very guilty and is acting highly unstable and erratic. Can you imagine small D’banj who sells koko garri can pull this off. Imagine what a politician will do. Nigerian police fear God because it might be you or your family members tomorrow!

My advise to women.

IF you are raped, report to hospital. Get a DNA copy of the semen or whatever tissue(skin or mucous membrane). Keep it as evidence, ur copy and hospital copy.

In future when you have decided to take up the rapist, this will be very useful evidence.
