Only emotional and naive supporters would assume that Gov. Obaseki will automatically win the election under PDP even when campaigns have not started. In any case, in Nigeria, the success of a candidate in an election is the SUM TOTAL of the efforts, which political heavyweights make to deliver their wards, constituencies and zones to enhance their value within the party. There is a long way ahead.

Meanwhile, we await the reactions of original members of PDP on the ground in Edo State as Gov. Obaseki and his supporters take over PDP structure, which they nurtured over the years from them via Wadata House veto. Interesting days ahead.

People Edo how can you rate Obaseki over 100%? In Apc? If he performed below per why still Root for him in PDP just because he's in your political party? At the end of the day Obaseki is the winner in both Apc and pdp the masses are the loses.
My advice vote for a credible Candidate outside Apc or PDP.

This life is just funny, Oshiomole supported Obaseki and he won Edo state, 4 years later they're now enemies and Oshiomole is now supporting his previous rival; Ize-Iyamu who contested against him 4 years ago. Fast forward to June 2020 and Oshiomole is suspended from his own post in APC and now Obaseki who was a fierce APC member is now in PDP; the same party his previous rival; Ize-Iyamu of 4 years back was in.
