I dont know whether it is because Lagos was and still is in the pocket of one man that made Ambode chicken out on the first day of the battle and could not fight even for an hour or because he was a coward. Edo Governor has shown that Edo is not Lagos indeed. In Edo, everyone will answer his father's name on election day.

The way Obaseki and PDP supporters are rejoicing before the elections, one will assume Ize-Iyamu, Oshiomole and APC don't have any supporters in Edo State. Anyways it the empty barrels that make the loudest noise. PDP keep making noise while APC perfect their wining strategy.

this is the way we need to shun Godfatherism in Nigeria. instead of their Godsons to develop the society they will loot and launder the economy, some of them are even in charge of monthly allocation and internally generated revenue .As a godfather they are in charge of money without any challenge with their godson because they signed an agreement for it. just like a musician signing a death trap deal only to found out later that his not benefiting from his hustle. Politics in Nigeria need to step up that's why i like Rochas Okorocha ,his a great politician with no godfather. take for example Lagos and Abia state where godfatherism has built 3 bedroom flat .

It is the zero leadership figure of APC as a party and mediocrity of the judiciary which made experienced legal luminaries to be silenced or risk being sanctioned. The Court wants a proof that Ize Iyamu joined APC while Obazeki was granted a waiver by PDP to contest election. To the Court, Ize Iyamu has not joined APC therefore not qualified to contest primary not to talk of being granted a waiver. You can see uncivilized judiciary at work in Nigeria.
