It's unfortunate that the person you quoted reported to my bank that he transferred 345,000naira to me in error & my bank deducted the money from my account whereas this same man request for refund due to network error on PayPal. Everything happens in less than an hour, I refunded his money in full within that 1hour without my knowledge that his bank has contacted my bank that her customer reported the transfer as error whereas this man never said anything of such. I replied all his messages almost immediately despite the fact that I have other things I was attending to and even showed him what I was doing while replying his messages. Now, his bank has lodge complaint to my bank, my bank deducted 345,000naira from my account, whereas I already refund him 345,000naira without my knowledge that he reported my bank account to his bank. It's crazy that I did nothing to warrant such even I suggest refund myself when I realized that PayPal network error is not resolved on time & the whole transaction from when he paid to when I suggest I refund him is not even up to an hour, why would he reported to his bank that he transfered in error?

Mr, be prepared to go to your bank on Monday to tell them you lied against my person. You sent money to me for PayPal transaction but later called your bank that you sent the money in error after you've asked me for refund. My bank deducted 345,000naira from my bank account which is full amount you paid me initially for the transaction whereas you still asked for refund which I did, now you got 345,000naira twice from my account which means my 345,000naira is with you, although you sent me screenshot that you only received 345,000naira that I transferred to you as refund but you need to tell your bank that you lied about error transfer because you never transferred money to me error & I already refund you.

All those who have transacted with me on the past knows me very well that whenever there wanted to be delay of any sort, I used to be the first person to ask them to let me refund their naira even including you, I am the one who told you to let me refund you when I realized there's network issue on PayPal & from point you paid till point I refund you is around 1hour, I never for one stopped communication with you throughout that 1hour

My bank said you will need to go to your bank to cancel the complaint so GTB can work together with UBA to refund my money.

You should hold your bank very well; it is unethical to facilitate the withdrawal without first contacting you. The practice of banking is in shreds nowadays, but its always good to know your rights as a bank customer.

Of course I will go to my branch on Monday & let then knows their error because no contact of any sort before they deduct my money. The best they could do is suspend any debit transactions from my account till I resolve my issue with complainant.

What I dislike is that this guy called tshege got reply to all his messages with me on Whatsapp without any delay & infact am the first person to tell him that I want to refund his money because I don't want further delay so he has no reason to lied to my bank

You can't just report @Yesloaded to the bank directly.
At least you should have come to this thread to report before filling a complaint at your bank.
You should contact your bank and tell them the claim you filled was false, otherwise people will be worried to trade with you on the platform.
