Do you Genuinely believe your Consciousness Survives death?
That you go on 'Living' in some afterlife? Heaven, Hell, Purgatory etc.
Do you really, really believe this? Be honest to yourself, Don't lie to yourself, only you know what you Believe?

Belief should be based on Sound Evidence.
For example I believe that the Earth is Round or Spherical. Although I have never been out of Space but I Know for a certainty, because there is a lot of evidence and Proof for it.

Substantial evidence and proof of the afterlife is Where? Heresay? In a Book?

I believe my existence doesn't end here

So the Proof as you already know is contained in a Book, which you know JUST AS the Proof of your "Spherical and Round Earth" is Evidenced by Recordings in a Book, and you accepted it as True even though as you said, "never been out of Space but I Know for a certainty, because there is a lot of evidence and Proof for it"

Therefore Hearsay Evidence.

But as you know Mr law, your books and my Book fall into the Rule of Acceptable Hearsay Evidence.

if we don't know where we're, how will we know where we are going?

It takes a certain degree of maturity to accept that a dead human is just as ”significant” as a dead rat in the scheme of things. It's heartbreaking and could drive people to chronic nihilism.

However, there's a flip side: when you realise you'll only live once, you are forced to appreciate every moment of your life.

If you don't believe you are going to heaven after death, you are definitely going to Hell Fire. The after life is eternal life either in Heaven or Hell fire. I neednt to say any thing more, you'll not believe my personal experience or the Bible but know that you will live for ever.
