The people of Okoroete community, and indeed the entire Eastern Obolo Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State have been disconnected from the rest of the world as the only access road into and out of the Local Government have been destroyed by erosion.
The local govt.,which is one of the oil producing LGA in the state have been suffering from erosion and other topographical issues over the years.

He is on lockdown grin grin grin

Nevertheless, I strongly believe that the LGA Chairman must have heard of the erosion that destroyed the road but for one reason or the other is still mute about it
