It’s another rainy season, Nigerian Meteorological agency has forecasted that Lagos shall experience a rainy season of 240 - 270 days. Creditably, Lagos state government have taken steps to clear drainage around the state. All hand has to be on deck to make sure the effect of the rain is not devastating to the populace and properties going by the perennial experience in Lagos. Sadly some citizens are not in tune with the government.

A resident in Idowu Rufai Ave in Ago, a serene neighborhood has left fellow residents swimming to their apartments. The Landlord blocked the street drainage by constructing a fence on the drainage path. The rainfall a few days ago left the whole street flooded, some residents lost properties owing to this singular action. The water bounces back on hitting the fence, flooding the entire neighborhood. Lagos state government through the relevant agency as a matter of urgency should get this landlord to correct this anomaly.

Lolz, you are funny, if you are talking about light don't know the area you are staying, but where I stay there is constant light. 4days on... Others I agree with you.... But I met my beautiful wife in ayobo. There are beautiful girls there but na inside house them dey lock

Everyone in that area ought to come together and choose representatives to send to alausa secretariat to report this issue, with picture evidence.

They'll take up the case and act swiftly.

My guy I heard Ayobo is now cool, is that true because I will love to set up a business there.

The water will cause the fence to collapse soon. Things will return back to normal.
