What I usually see on strong decoders is crazy and weird.

You'll see real scammer on national TV promising ritual money.

An average Ghanaian (pastor, TV presenters and even politicians) can't speak and write in good English.

Local language is the order of the day in 90% of all their TV stations.

Land is a big issue in Ghana.
If the commission hadn't paid for the lands or has encroached on someone else's land, they all can resolve that in court.

1. This has nothing to do with Ghana but everything to do with the Nigerian high commission not being able to pay the land owners for the property they are sitting on.
What you are failing to ask yourself is, did the landowner get a court order to demolish those properties?

If he did, then not even the combination of Ghana Army and Police can stop him.
