We have managed several cases like that which were not IVF related. They conceived naturally and gave birth to twins. I remember one lady who had been waiting for 16 years who later gave birth to quadruplet, one of them had severe abnormalities cos of the position it was in. We took it off. The remaining 3 are 6 years old now. I think her husband is a pastor but the lady works with one of the popular international organisations. The organisation in appreciation of her input over the years paid all the Bill. Because of her age, she wanted to go to the UK to birth but we assured her of safe delivery and it happened.

That's why we should normalise it.

Because they eventually undergo Invitro fertilisation IVF. Doctors wash her eggs and fertilise it with sorematozoa. And to increase chance of survival many eggs and sperms are laid into the woman's fallopian tubes hence the usual results of twins and even more.

You don’t seem to understand. If a couple struggle with childlessness for over 10 years and then give birth to multiple children then there is a high possibility that they opted for IVF . In Nigeria, no one will admit they went for IVF though

What you're saying is different from what he's saying , once a woman has been having difficulty conceiving , in this case 14 years barrenness , and she suddenly births twins , triplets or other multiple births then it's IVF

There are now many centres in Nigeria especially private centres. Present in any tertiary hospital around u, locate the Obstetrics and Gynaecology dept and ask there.

I know. But those we monitored were placed on bed rest in our facility
No drugs only change of diets.

Fertility treatment is so wonderful. This is very good news for the family.
