These scholarship schemes like addax, nnpc, agbami etc. The government needs to scrap it because truth be told, you students barely use it for anything tangible. Many will end up buying phones, gadgets a d new cloths. That isn't the definition of a scholarship. Although some use it wisely tho but the fraction is just about 20%

That is because our school fees in Nigeria aren't significant.
If you're school fees was $20k and you had to pay with loans, no one would tell you before you use it to pay school fees.
