Rent of space occupied within a very busy sawmill in Ondo City is #24k per annum.

Only two people are needed to operate the machines. But carpentery and furniture makers will always come to you to accommodate them in the workshop. They will make use of their apprentice to work on the machines while you (the owner) source for contract from building construction site to supply building roofing wood, doors, frames, wooden pellet for companies, school chairs and tables etc.

However, if you employ two operators, (who are always available in the sawmill), daily sales will be divided into three. One for owner, one for machine maintenance and the third portion for the two operators.

The machines were installed in 2018. I am the direct owner. I relocated that is why I want to sell them.

In order to clear any doubt about the conditions of the machines and profitability of the business, new buyer will be allowed to manage the business for one month before paying for it.

The machines are made of iron. It can last 50 years.

Many operators are available to work with the new owner.

Kindly contact experts on this type of wood processing machines. Do you know that in case of fire outbrake at the sawmill, the machines will not be damaged completely. If you repair burnt wires or coil and apply lubricant, the machines will start working immediately.
