The size of the wood to use( mine we start with 2 by 6 then others, while some people do not use 2 by 6)
The type of roofing sheet stone coated will take more wood than long span aluminium.

Overall please do not occupy your mind with they are cheating you or not but go for quality, standard and value for money.
I spent 607, 490 for woodwork and people are talking then I told them they did it to my satisfaction. ( rotech helped me a lot during my roofing)

Better to use the right word or common word for shared meaning... i can see that someone already took your choice of word of "block laying" to mean "block molding or block making" and answered you as such (correctly with block making numbers). Otherwise, you end up using the wrong information.

2.5mm for socket and water heater below 15Litres

1.5mm green for earth 4

4mm for AC, water heaters and cooker (depend on number of AC and water heater u plan to install)

2,5mm Green cable 2

TV cable is just 2coils

6mm cable for inverter DB(if u plan to install Inverter

BLACK 1 (This depend on inverter location and inverter DB)

10mm for DB
RED 1

16mm will only be needed if you are not using inverter DB and also 10mm will not be required as well.
