Using BODMAS
Snicker + (Human+2snickers+2icecreams) * Icecream
5 + 19 * 2 = 43

So, 1 shoe = 5

Also, 1 boy = 5

4 cones of iced cream = 8
Therefore, 1 cone = 2

1 Shoe + 1 Boy x 1 Cone of Iced-cream
=
5 + 5 x 2
= 5 + 10
= 15
Answer = 15.

The correct answer from my solution is 25 following the rule of bodies
Red shoe = 5
Boys = 5
Ice cream = 4
5+5×4=25

X = 10

Equation 2: Y + Y + X = 20
Y + Y + 10 = 20
Y = 5

Equation 3: Z + Z + Y = 13
Z + Z + 5 = 13
Z = 4

Therefore:

X/2 + Y/2 * Z = ?

BODMAS: X/2 + (Y/2 * Z) = ?

5 + (4/2*5) = 15

Update:

Equation 1: X + X + X = 30
X = 10

Equation 2: Y + Y + X = 20
Y + Y + 10 = 20
Y = 5

Equation 3: Z + Z + Y = 13
Z + Z + 5 = 13
Z = 4

Therefore:

X/2 + Z* Y/2 = ?

BODMAS: X/2 + (Z*Z)* Y/2 ) = ?

5 + (5*4)*4/2) = 45
