1 shoe =5
The boy empty handed =5
Whereas this boy is Holding two cones..
A cone =4
Solving....

1 shoe=5
Boy=5
The boy held two cones, that is 4x2=8
A cone =2
Therefore.. Man + held cones x separate cone = 5+8x2=26
Finally.. 1 shoe=5 + 26 =31

A pair of shoe = 10
So, 1 shoe = 5

Also, 1 boy = 5

4 cones of iced cream = 8
Therefore, 1 cone = 2

1 Shoe + 1 Boy + 1 Cone of Iced-cream
=
5 + 5 + 2
Answer = 12. The last sign is multiplication and not addition

My initial error was the multiplication part, I thought it was all addition,,, however if you check well, I captured the fact that 1 leg of the shoe is 5 bucks... so look closely at my analysis

Openbusiness:

using bodmas, 1 shoe is 5, 1 person is also 5, 1 ice cream is 2. 5+(5*2)= 15
