Wike is truly pissed...You know there was a particular person believed to negotiating with the other aspirant in trying to take full control of what gets to his pocket he maligned wike as the originator of the suit because of his closeness to Ogbeide ihana..Lately Wike has been enduring some PDP members character who are doing nothing but just don't want Wike to be taking Glory of the party... Everything no be alert in politics. Those guys aren't poor as you can see. Some are there for power's sake but that doesn't mean they wouldn't also be interested in money but it's not the main reason for the rancor. In this case, power is the cause. Many of those contesting under the PDP are rich guys. It was the issue of who becomes what. Obaseki wanted both governorship and deputy in an opposition party that had already had their candidates in place and they said no way. You produce governorship while we provide deputy and you're free to contest. Then in 4 years' time, who succeeds obaseki, should he win in nov? It's all about power-sharing formula. Obaseki isn't giving out money as much as most gullible minds have thought. If they get the control of edo, money would not be an issue. Contracts would be awarded and all. They also control resources including IGR.
