Jumia wahala done too much, advice needed placed an order this week Monday, got an email from jumia, unsuccessful delivery, the tracking is showing still in Lagos, I am trying to reach out to them nothing seems to work and that's not my address

Based on experience, I will urge you not to panic, if your order is not delivered they will replace it with something else.

Na craze dey worry Dem, I done tire already last order was cancelled after waiting up to 5 days, took three more days to get the refund now this

I quitted selling on Julia the moment a customer ordered for my product on their platform. The customer ordered for laptop battery, I shipped it to them and I don't know if they delivered it or not and no update from them. I called and called, and they assured me they will deliver it, later I called the customer and he told me no call or message from jumia.

I was posted like that for over two months, finally I received a message that my item was returned and I should pick it up at their outlet, I went there and when I got home and torn the packaging bag so I can return it to my wardrobe, then I noticed it was not my product that was in it, it was a Headset!

I went back there and they were just treated me like a kid! Na only me gently carry my car commit for their without returning!

Sorry man, this is the last time I am wasting my time or money on jumia, dem done do me this thing three times, more then three weeks now way I won order for this same type of product, na won issue to order

sometimes the problem is from their dispatcher!
