Subscribed to Swifts 12k something plan and I won’t lie, I haven’t enjoyed it at all this month. Swift was never this Shitty at all. I don’t know whether it’s coz the router is all those old models from 2014. Might have to buy another router or a mifi device to see if the problem is from the device. If that doesn’t solve the problem, mans leaving.
I subscribe for the 5k last nite network is very and it still the mifi from 2013 or so

Seems like I've had better luck this month than most.
Considering I didn't use it as heavily as I used to....

Stay away from smile if you value your money o! I just moved to smile because ntel capped their plans and it’s the worst network I have ever used. I’m so confused now cos I don’t know which network to switch to. Stay away from smile!!!!! Look at the speed I’m getting this morning.

Tolu121:
Make una no buy smile ooo

Smile is the most horrible network in this world currently.
It's slower than a snail, and many times, does not even go at all.
Having no network at all is better than having Smile.

Swift engineer came around today to check on my device. Internet is back up and running smoothly. He also suggested the “WTTx“ to me.
Who’s used the WTTx before here?

Well, the WTTx would involve them installing a radio antenna which would be pointing to their base station. He said if there’s a MULTIPOINT in my area, installation would be free but I’ll have to pay 3 months upfront. If there isn’t a MULTIPOINT available, I’ll pay for the installation and and a months subscription.
He also said it’s not capped and it’s unlimited and you’ll also be getting 5 or 10 MB/s steadily (can’t really remember).
A months sub is 24k, but Na that installation money be the koko. He said installation would be somewhere around 70k.

Its not a permanent residence thing. I can always take the antenna to another rented apartment if I decide to move. They’ll have to come and reconfigure the antenna to communicate with the base station. It’s similar to moving your DSTV/GOTV antenna when moving to another place.

It’s not a mifi device that you can carry anywhere 24/7.

Don't mind Nigerians, greedy folks everywhere, 20k turned 40k twice the money.. i also went to mtn office this week, the person in charge told me they ordered for new stocks from lagos so i should come back say next week Wednesday or Thursday..

Also anybody in abuja can also look at dotmac ISP. I recently found out about them and planning on trying them as they offer unlimited service without cap.

No its not. Used to be but nowhere to be found now. Everybody is leaving NTEL so demand is crazy. I'm sure it's the MTN staff giving those boys to sell 40k.
