As soon as I enter my bvn verification details, it shows the bio-data page where I'm supposed to fill my name, phone no and other personal details. On the page, my name is filled automatically as well as phone number. I used the info to register on the site during batch B application but I wasn't selected.


Reason why I wasn't selected I think was because the name I registered with wasn't the one on my bvn. Now I want to use the correct names but the info can't be edited.

I can't take snapshot now cos the site is inaccessible

Finally done since 6am that I have been trying. it will end in praises oo

Please what can i do to this issue of 11digit. Was told my phone number has to be 11 digit, but I have 234 added to my number and I can't edit it. Unfortunately, I will not be able to move forward till is corrected.

If you are having this type of issue go to your Bank to make the necessary correction and ensure you tell them you want it effected on your BVN as well.

Go to your Bank and make necessary correction. You need to correct the name on your Bank Account and BVN to match those on your documents.

for the non graduate（N creative） must someone have waec result or it does not require any certificate

The name on my bvn matches the one on my documents. It is the one showing on npower registration site that is incorrect. I want to update it to the correct one

You didn't enter your name yourself, did you? Your name was automatically generated from your BVN. In case you don't know, that is what is registered on your BVN.

Of course you will start all over by entering your BVN and the information on it will be automatically generated.

That is not the reason, the site is congested. Email verification has been bypassed by Npower

Chat Npower on twitter, they will help you rectify it, so that you can register manually (edit).

degree certificate, passport, means of ID, nysc discharge if you served

Please, did you at any point in time have to supply your Bvn attached "phone number"

Good evening everyone, pls I have a problem with my registration. The phone no, I used in registering for my BVN is lost and it's that no that's popping up on the Npower site. Pls what can I do?

The portal is now going successfully, you can use phone browser, it is easier.
