This is a double edge sword.

A stimulus package is inflationary. It is best suited for countries experiencing deflation or have very low inflation or inflationary pressure.
If there is a stimulus in such a case, there will be very little increase in inflation.

Nigeria isn't a candidate as the economy suffers from double digit inflation. This stimulus will lead to an increase in inflation. In order to prevent such an increase, the CBJ will increase interest rates rates to soak up the excess cash in circulation which will reduce the benefit of the stimulus.

Worse, expect the Naira to crash. The Naira will easily hit 500 to a dollar at the black market. The country seriously needs help
