How is AWB trying to emulate TAA? Every time AWB crosses he has an intended target. His crosses are always accurate, it’s the strikers that are sometimes not in the right place. One of the reason for the 30 years was due to inconsistency and the former owners trying to copy chelsea by throwing huge funds to buy average players while neglecting the aspect of building up a team!
Look at the glory days of manutd under fergie.....there was consistency...they only bought players that will improve the team and no one left except the fringe players in the team!
As long as LFC maintain a level of consistency and don't turn into a selling club(which will not happen in a long time),we can still compete by bringing in good players to improve the squad!
