Past 10 years. Barely 40 pages.

What sign(s) does anyone need to know that this football club is unfortunate?? grin
That should show you loyalty and passion as supporters not glory hunting.

Imagine people still passionately following the club when they were finishing in 6th position, you should be go through your post and see if you are trying to be a killjoy here ( which is wrong if you are a Christian) instead of trying to shame them.

If you give details on when you joined your club, it would be when they were title contenders like most Nigerian supporters. These people were here through thick and thin, you shouldn't be bitter and pained by expressing negativity but instead you should admire their loyalty and passion for the club they love.

Sancho is too overpriced for a bench player.

Truth be told, there's no way he's benching any of the front three.

We just need a 30 - 45 million Euros backup winger and AM.

That's all
we have curtis j0nes and takumi as AM. We need a left back cover. Milner can't keep filling that role. We also need a CB cos lovren is leaving. We need a winger as shaqiri is leaving, and a real number 9 that is goal oriented.

nah it will never get to that amount of years again trust me!
One of the reason for the 30 years was due to inconsistency and the former owners trying to copy chelsea by throwing huge funds to buy average players while neglecting the aspect of building up a team!
Look at the glory days of manutd under fergie.....there was consistency...they only bought players that will improve the team and no one left except the fringe players in the team!
As long as LFC maintain a level of consistency and don't turn into a selling club(which will not happen in a long time),we can still compete by bringing in good players to improve the squad!
being a selling club was what killed us. Imagine selling al0nso, mascherano, torres, hiring a bad coach in hodgson, buying balotelli, the f0ol called el hadji diouff, benteke, andy carroll, bad defence etc. Part of what killed us were our owners. I am still n0t trusting of FSG just yet cause i am of the opini0n this seas0n is a fluke. I want us to win England next seas0n, as in the FA cup, league cup and Epl, and UCL if we can. I want teams to fear playing us. I d0n't want clubs eyeing our players like barca or real madrid do. I want our playerz to fear eyeing other clubs. I want Liverp0ol to be the final destinati0n n0t stepping st0ne. FSG hasn't d0ne that.

The selling part,IMO, involves the player and the relationship with the club and manager...one thing is certain...no matter how much a player is adored in LFC,they will always have a dream of playing for the likes of Real Madrid or Barcelona or even manutd....these are the clubs they grew up adoring as kids and aspired to play for one day!

The selling part also depends on the owners and their goal for the club....though in fairness, they have been patient with the former and present managers unlike other owners who change managers like wrapper!

So far the relationship between the owners and the manager has been cordial and fruitful!
Hopefully, such healthy relationship won't stop even when the intended goal is not achieved!

For the FA and league cup,i believe klopp had once complained about the timing of such competitions as reason why he didn't make them a priority!
You know very well that for a coach to be successful esp in the English football, you need to have a priority which should be in accordance with that of the club!

I also do not think this season was a fluke.....Just as Pep said recently, its all about consistency and liverpool had it this season....which is now a prerequisite for LFC if they are to succeed in this tough league!
Its not easy going toe to toe with mancity considering the level of play and stars that they have in abundance!
I dont think we should talk about inflicting fear in other teams like manutd did during fergie's reign as manutd manager.....there are too many competitors in the EPL backed by money bag owners who are ready to spend and get the best players around the world to their club!

I will borrow Klopp's philosophy which is competing and improving without forgetting your style of play which also includes counterpressing!

This is where you saw manutd....now slowly read why i included manutd using what i have already highlighted!
Its not based on performance but the support base during that time!

and that's cos for yearz Liverpo0l failed to win anything. Playerz are humans, they want things like we do, in this case m0ney, medals, fame. Clubs like madrid, barca or man u that they eye, is cos they built a brand around winning. We didn't do that. And cos we didn't, we couldn't bring in the m0ney fr0m sp0ns0rship, etc. There was a time LFC was a bigger brand than barca, but guess what? Barca changed that. If we start winning on a c0nsistent basis, playerz would want to play for us. We would reach the eye candy level of madrid, barca and etc.

The selling part also depends on the owners and their goal for the club....though in fairness, they have been patient with the former and present managers unlike other owners who change managers like wrapper!
that's due to Lfc's culture, we d0n't throw people out like rags without giving them a chance. And c0me to think of it, fsg never wanted to sell coutinho. Coutinho left cos he thought he was t0o big for the club. And i d0n't blame him. The club didn't give him trophies, m0ney or fame like barca does. And that stems fr0m us n0t being c0nsistent in winning. I mean, coutinho played for a Liverpool that got trashed 6-0 by stoke city. We weren't a brand. Had we being a brand, coutinho would never have seen barca as a dream m0ve. No one would.

So far the relationship between the owners and the manager has been cordial and fruitful!

bros, n0thing wr0ng with the timing. It's a perfectd excuse by klopp cos he was focused on the league and ucl. N0w that it has been w0n, he'd take it serious. Talk abt timing, then how c0me man city w0n them with the league last seas0n. I hate excuses, J. K better take those titles serious, we used to win m0re than 1 trophy in the 80s and even 90s.
I also do not think this season was a fluke.....Just as Pep said recently, its all about consistency and liverpool had it this season....which is now a prerequisite for LFC if they are to succeed in this tough league!

i still maintain it is a fluke. I'd say this cos na we we. Man city lost their star CB k0mpany and then laporte to injury. Imagine we lost g0mez and vvd early in the seas0n and had to rely on lovren and fabinho? Then man city were atimes unlucky with VAR. For instance against man u.
I will borrow Klopp's philosophy which is competing and improving without forgetting your style of play which also includes counterpressing!

Liverpool deserve guard of honour- Guardiola

Newly crowned Premier League champions Liverpool will get a well-deserved guard of honour at the Etihad Stadium on Thursday during a meeting with Manchester City, Pep Guardiola has said.

Liverpool ended their 30-year wait for a top-flight title when last season’s champions City were beaten 2-1 by Chelsea last week, handing the Merseyside club an unassailable 23-point lead at the top of the table.

Liverpool’s first match since being confirmed as champions is at City’s stadium and Guardiola said his players would pay tribute to Jurgen Klopp’s title-winning side.

I do agree that we lost our brand due to inconsistency and poor management of our earlier success!
Though liverpool are getting to that stage, consistency will definitely be attained with competing and improving!
This will also include patience from the owners and players during difficult times...fergie also had his down period at manutd but the then owners believed and backed him and they came back again!

True!
Though i felt coutinho should have stayed for atleast a year before leaving barca....his attitude when he wanted to go was unacceptable!
Though i won't mind having him back at anfield cheesy cheesy

Minemrys:

Success has many friends!
In addition, they saw the progress and they were willing to be patient!
So credit to them to some extent!

I made mention of timing because he is coming from a league that is so flexible...and its easy to target all competitions available!
Pep recently echoed Klopp's concern about the timing and muddled up fixtures in the english football!
Most managers dont like the idea of having too many fixtures esp during christmas and new year but none has been able to speak up!
Imagine putting a league cup fixture 2 days before a world club cup semi finals in far away dubai....who does that?
grin grin
As long as he remains competitive towards the title and champions league,no one will give notice to the FA and carabao cup(that offers no better incentives other than pocket money and some mini glory cheesy)....when the english Fa is ready, they will review their heavily jam-packed fixtures just to make money!

Minemrys:

First i think is really unfair and unfortunate that you label their feat a 'fluke'.....
Fluke is an unlikely chance or occurrence
.....this is a team that was second last year and only missed by just one point to eventual winners mancity and yet still came back in this season, despite many predicting their fall,to win the EPL with just 7 games to spare....the earliest club to have achieved such feat so far in the league!
You can refer to the EPL win of blackburn rovers or leicester city as a fluke but certainly not that of liverpool!
Mancity knew before now that they only had just one good defender after the exit of Kompany but Pep believed in the likes of Stones and Nicolas Otamendi but they failed him woefully! Is that the fault of liverpool?
I do have my issues with Lovren whom i believe will be leaving by the end of this season, but including fantastic 'fabinho' with weak lovren in the same category is really hilarious and at the same time preposterous grin grin
Well thats your opinion!

Mancity unfortunate with VAR?
Ohh please....that's an unwanted excuse! grin
As if they are not the main beneficiaries of VAR decisions esp penalties which they always miss grin grin
