Why can't it be made a law that road contractors agree on warranty for roads before they commence building? Just the same way we can return our faulty electronic equipment within warranty period of 1 or 2 years, to be replaced or serviced free of charge?

ORIENTATION101:
Walahi I envy the yahoo guys ruling south east as governorscheesy those guys re just taking turns to loot their respective state treasury.
Imagine south east region that is equivalent of oyo state , half of Niger state can't build good infrastructure cheesy calculate the total amount of money 5 south east governors earn monthly and give it to oyo and Niger governors and u will see wonders even though part of it will be looted.

Those that should hold their yahoo governors responsible re
busy shouting Biafra or death,

Some ran to north and west as Economic migrants.

The rest re fixated on Tinubu ,apc ,north and west politics.

Is time to tell my friend Emeka to leave his 2by2 shop in idumota to go and enter politics since nobody will ask him how he spent allocations from FG.

I don’t think you’re in any position to mock any state in Nigeria seeing as you’re all in the same boat! More so, Enugu that -even with its present lousy governor- would still beat your state in most socio-economic indices! Being part of this shithole of a county, one would think you would hang your head in shame while supporting its dissolution so your people can be masters of their own destiny! But instead, all you’re interested in is measuring dick with Igbos!

Pathetic!

What if it were the lagos roads that face severe pressure almost everyday? What if it's got to endure the largest numbers of cars (of all states) plying through them, torrent rains because of the proximity to waters, and the abuses of the roads by okada riders who lowers their brakes against them to impact sparks or worse-still, the ricketty danfos that drags the parts across the roads thereby affecting and scrapping the textures almost everytime, having to face flood caused by the improper treatment of the society by the dirty neighbourhoods, especially with littering with and dumping of refuse in the drainages and canals? I think, it would be a miracle if a road this badly constructed survive a week in the state of Lagos.
Some politicians need to be stoned to death. It's one thing looting but working at the same time but it's a different thing pretending to work while nothing is being done but loot. I rest here.

Why can't this thread be moved to the frontpage?

iit shouldn't be only when we sing praises to governors that posts are moved to the frontpage, they should also be criticised and held accountable for their effectiveness.

Kindly move this to frontpage, the governor, Ministry of works, and the contractors did a very poor job on the road.

Kind check this.

Well, biafra is doing it's best.
Pray for more of such roads.
It is better to have a road that doesn't last than not to have at all.

Igbos are the most pathetic and unfortunate tribe in Nigeria. They know how to complain and bully other regions but they'll never criticise their own Governors. See them camping under the death of Ajumobi cursing him and his family. If Ajumobi whr to be from the East he would have been worshipped because no dead nor living Governor from that region has done what Ajumobi did for Oyo State in 8 years.
