Access bank has been deducting 100 naira from the little money i have with them, at first i did not take it serious until it got to 1500. This was after i had seen everyone complaining about it, th hen i decided to check. This people are scammers, just waiting for monday to even close the account. Did we ask them to contribute to Covid �, what is stamp duty. THIEVES |

Hustlewell:You are from a different planet. Stamp duty is a CBN policy on all cash receipt through a bank. Every deposit into your account is charged the stamp duty. It is not new. |
