Step 9: Cool and Chow grin

When cooked, remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 10 mins. Proceed to remove the bread from the pan onto a cooling rack or plate.

Serve with your preferred spread, egg, akara, moi moi or tea! I had mine with milk and butter

Pics 1. Bread removed from the oven

[b]Note: Remove the baked bread from the pan after 10 mins else it will steam and become soggy. Nobody likes a soggy bread.

Cut the dough into 8 pieces if using a small pan like mine to give room for more proofing of the dough.

Sorry, its like the stress to produce bread is more than the enjoyment.

Very nice. Just recently I wanted to try something with coconut I thought of bread but choose to try it with cake instead. I end up not liking the coconut cake though others did. Seeing this we make me try it with bread.

Hmmmm..you tried, you'll do better next time.
From my observation, you didn't allow the bread dough rise well before baking. Secondly, seems the temperature u used was high. The bread...was it hard to remove from the pan?

Nice
It still looks eatable
Next time butter the pan well or use foil to line it.

I have a foil pan I use for baking. What I do is place the foil pan on the oven tray and it always comes off easily.

I'll try mine later this week
