This is not right. The whistle blower should not be obligated to recover the funds. That should be the deliverable of the Government since they have the resource and might to get this done. It’s more understandable if his payment is delayed until recovery is actually done. This policy will discourage future exposure of looted funds. This was a serious allegation and avenue to get rid of Magu thereby paving away for unfettered access to state treasury . |

That is very wrong!!!! Is that part of the agreement signed with the whistle blower? Anything can go wrong with your recovery process. The integrity of the process can be largely compromised. Hence, all parties need to be well carried along and not in dark of the situation of things AND not asking the person to come through a non-representative of the whistle blower. 1 Like |

....The recovery agent or whistleblower is expected, upon acceptance, to not only trace the assets but recover same and have it deposited in a designated asset recovery account....  laugh wan kill person. Wetin concern whistle and the blower with recovery nah?!!! So imagine say I notice fraudulent money for one military oga house...... I go come walk to the gate and say ......"Oga I don blow am for whistle, oya I wan recover your stolen money, bah  !!!!!!! Some of these government officials are clowns!
