Before you cast the stone, consider the following: 1. PDP was the only strong opposition despite the defeat at the general election 2. Even in the face of the defeat, many still believe in the party and stayed despite the insult and allegations (Kudo to those who refuse to keep quite) 3. With the way APC has been handling the affairs of the country, many seems to sympathize with PDP (at least, we missed Mama Peace) 4. Just because Godwin Obaseki did not secure the support of APC, he believes that PDP can be bought (despite Gov. Wike's stand) 5. Securing the PDP ticket was a piece of cake and every other candidates that have stayed all these years were taken for a fool 6. The simple meaning is that PDP never had an intention of winning the Governorship, so they easily bought the idea and suspended all protocols including the labour of their supporters who believed even when they were termed opposition 7. I want to believe there were several trade off but this simply show that PDP has lost its principles and can only survive by getting the bad eggs of APC The dice is cast and it is only in a matter of days ahead.......... You can now cast your stone |

Lol, PDP apologist. PDP or APC have no morals, they are the game to make money. Obaseki came with N6b and has probably spent N10b or more to this point. This is a good financial year for PDP. Secondus and his gang are smiling to the bank. |

Whatever the Op thinks is his right to free speech, but make no mistake, Edo politics is always about personality and not on party line, besides Edo is PDP. The body language of the political activities in Edo recently is that its citizens want the continuation of Obaseki for another 4years (Togba 4+4), where another region of the state would be elected thereafter. Obaseki will continue to build roads for Edo people, pay workers salaries, pay pensioners, improve on the healthcare system, continue with the education reform, conclusion of the electrification project, Edo industrial hub etc The Edo people want to be above politics, all we need is someone who is capable, fit, and competent to deliver the development the people need, from from Edo South to Edo North and down to Edo Central. |
