Roms ported from other devices such as Pixel devices so it can work on xiaomi devices... Resurrection remix, Havoc, Aosip, Aosmp, Revenge OS, Leneage OS... There are tones of them

The Note 8 Pro has already received the Android 10 (Q) update. The Redmi Note 8 should be getting it soon.
