Firstly, different user different experience if truly you use a xiaomi device then I guess yours has a factory defect

And also don't write a review on a company when you have clearly handled only 1 xiaomi device.

Try contacting xiaomi for further assistance nairaland is not a phone repair company. As for the part of update try to factory reset your phone it will work better

The instruction is to hard reset that is put it on and off. Not to factory reset, thereby clearing all the data found on the device.

i have spent the last 32 hours with Infinix note 7 i must admit it a really good phone, fast and the camera is amazing, i guess all those bashing made them improve... Tecno still stupid tho.

I used infinix hot 4 before giving out to my relative. That phone is still strong till date
