For domestic intelligence, we have the DSS

For foreign intelligence, it's the NIA (National intelligence Agency)

Military intelligence : Directorate of Millitary Intelligence.

All three were set up in 1985. Prior to that we had the National security organisation (NSO) which is itself descended from the old Special Branch of the Nigeria Police (aka the E department)

We do, but the person's managing them lacks the IQ the job needs to function properly

Breaking it down in a nutshell, our own version of the FBI & CIA is DSS & NIA. The only difference is the same intelligence. One is fake, while the other one is a topnotch.
