How many people have noticed the laying of cables in Lagos? A friend said its the 5g cables being installed. Can anybody verify?

They are laying this all around Lagos but the Lagos govt is claiming it's Lagos State Broadband Initiative but it's actually a lie , it's Huawei laying the 5g cable last mile to the street level 5g radios |
