Do you know what a 5G cable looks like? You dingbats must sha display your ignorance. What is being laid is simply a fiber optic cable.

Digging up soil to lay cables dosen't necessarily mean 5G technology is being implemented under the nose of Lagosians. It's more surprising some persons actually believed that preacher's claims of 5G and the evil it connotes

5G is not a cable service; it is a wireless service and so does not require last mile cables. These cables being laid along dug streets in Lagos are fibre optic cables for providing cable Internet to residences in neighbourhoods around the state.

In November, 2019, MTN Nigeria demoed 5G network in Abuja and Calabar, with speeds peaking at 2 Gb per second. It took just 15.78 seconds to download a 2.3 GB video on the 5G network. The same file on 4G took exactly 5 minutes, 3.84 seconds.
Calabar must have been generating huge revenue for MTN I suppose
