Not all Eastern state has developed.

Abia, certainly has not. Not with a succesion of utterly useless Govs from 1999 to date. All under PDP by the way.

I honestly dont understand why lot of Abians still believe that they have a binary choice: PDP or APC. Cos that is the only reason PDP won the last Gov elections in 2019.
